Work groups will become the engine of this site. The basic idea is to form groups based on issues and for those groups, to be let by professional volunteers to develop "white papers" or issue papers to eventually lead to suggested legislation. Once this site has a sizable membership we can use that voice to send our own ideas to the new administration and to our members of Congress for consideration.
Baby Steps....
We need members. We need professionals who are willing to work with a team of members on specific areas of importance to America.
Here is a short list of general issues.
If you have a valid expertise in any of these areas we need volunteers. We ideally would like two for each topic with one from the conservative side and one from the liberal side. We want our output to be taken from all points of view and to represent what our panels think is in the best interest of the majority of America. We know we can't please everyone but we need to include as many as possible.
We have installed a separate elist manager to allow each work group to communicate separate from other groups. This will reduce clutter and emails for members involved in specific areas of interest.
