I have decided to start a list of out right lies and distortions being spread by Republicans.
Anyone who hears or sees in print one of these lies please send it to me.
( I will also create a list of Democrat liars as well )
Arizona:
- John McCain says that, because of illegal immigrants, Phoeniz is the "kidnap capitol of the United States" FALSE
- John McCain claims crime is way up in Arizona due to illegals. FALSE, and a LIE
Crime is down in Arizona. Every single academic study that's been done shows that immigrants commit fewer crimes. - Gov. Jan Brewer claims her law enforcement agencies have found headless bodies in the desert. LIE
Six county medical examiners offices in the state, including four from counties that border Mexico, say they have never heard of such attacks.
The Nation:
- The Republican party is more financially responsible than the Democrats. FALSE
Since Eisenhower ONLY the Democrats have lowered our deficits and national debt and created more jobs. - New Jersey governor Chris Christie lies to the press to cover his incompetence, then fires the man who suggested he not lie.
And Just Plain Stupid:
Nevada: Sharon Angel "We wanted them to ask the questions we want to answer so that they report the news the way we want it to be reported." ~Fox News?? Really, Fox got one right?
