Said the things there should be a moratorium on business regulations.  At the opening of this remark he said the American People would like to know they had "breathing room".  He continued to say we should hand this all back to the "private sector".

These are two groups.  The American People are not the ones who are regulated.  The "private sector" he refers to is big business who would be free to do as they wish, like investing YOUR pensions to make themselves more money while trashing the economy...as they recently did under the Bush administration.

This is not something they want to do for the American People, this is for their big business friends who fund their campaigns. These anti-regulation policies are EXACTLY what led to our job loss, millions of home foreclosures, people dying because they can't afford health care and the recent oil disaster in the gulf...all preventable with effective government over sight...which Republicans want to do away with.
